Ooooooh you're an idiot. Okay lol

Look bro, if there's a violent revolution to overthrow capitalism I'll be there in the trenches fighting with you, but unless you're willing to put your money where your mouth is and fire the first shot you're just all talk.

If you meant what you're saying in practice today, you'll go light up some of the enemy, but you won't because you're worthless keyboard warrior.

Enjoy your life behind a computer screen. I'll be out here trying my best to work with my mutual aid, distributing literature, learning fire arm safety (to fight with you in case of this revolution you're pretending to be ready for). Oh and with that, volunteering for various Democrats campaigns to help make marginal differences.

You're as worthless as a liberal imo, you sit here speaking of revolution and take no action yourself, at least booker disrupted a day in the Senate, what did you do today.

I suggest you read some Huey Newton, Fred Hampton, and Mao you need to get some fucking action and practice in your life.

The fact that everyone has said something along the lines of what you just said tells me that you don't read and fyi makes you sound like a trained monkey.

I'll reiterate my points though:

  1. The Dems are fascist I'm not going to disagree they've done nothing I'm assuming that's what you mean by they

  2. I'm referring to this one action done today not their actions done period.

  3. It's not nothing imo, he's disrupted the senates proceedings today

  4. It's theatrical, yes it is but it's also practical it can be two things.

  5. Maybe it is a distraction from the genocide or a way for him to fundraise, I'm willing to eat my crow if so.

I'm short, they're liberals they never do anything, if I need to pat them on the head like a toddler for disrupting one days proceedings I will. Maybe tomorrow I can pay a different dem on the head for disrupting another days proceedings one can hope.

Hey man, if you can get that accomplished go ahead. I'll fight for you lol

[–] ScrewCapital@lemm.ee 1 points 32 minutes ago

You're jumping all over the place bro.

Yes I do, it's a smaller scale. He's got people's attention, the people are saying "do this more often" maybe more days will be disrupted.

Better than no days disrupted

[–] ScrewCapital@lemm.ee 1 points 33 minutes ago

He stopped the Senate from voting for anything for one day.

[–] ScrewCapital@lemm.ee 1 points 34 minutes ago

It is stupid and should be replaced but that's not where we're at on 4/1/2025 at 4:15pm lol right now this is all we got

[–] ScrewCapital@lemm.ee 1 points 35 minutes ago

He's stopped the Senate from doing anything for a day. That's one day down 4 years to go, but at least something happened today.

It's not a metaphor, right now the most resistance the Dems have done was Trump's state of the union where they held up legit ping pong paddles....

Nothing about what you're saying is wrong, however if you don't think there was also a layer of theatrics in the public executions of the aristocrats where they chopped their damn heads off.... I have no clue what to say to you to convince you to otherwise lmfao

Theatrics btw are not bad. If you're being purely pragmatic then people will never give a fuck about you, the problem is "Pure Theatrics" you also need substance.

Which is why I used the guillotine as an example, it had substance and it has theatrics.

Do you thinking when Mussolini's body was publicly desecrated there wasn't any theatrics or point to it? Do you think Sherman's scorching the land to bring terror in the hearts of slave owners had no theatrics?

He's putting a stop to everything. If he did this during the debate if a vote he'd be doing an actual filibuster and can be voted down by 60 votes, and there are Dems probably would vote him down. By doing so when not doing "anything" he stops everything.

It's a double edge sword here because if he did it during a debate for legislation people could say "he's blocking legislation" but by doing so before the Senate does anything he's stopping everything (including votes) but now there is nothing to point to.

[–] ScrewCapital@lemm.ee 1 points 46 minutes ago

Maybe if we said "good job do more of this" in a day or three or every day they would do something like this?

[–] ScrewCapital@lemm.ee 1 points 48 minutes ago

Again I do not disagree with your point about liberals being dog shit, the Dems being dog shit, and so on.

However this one action isn't nothing imo, The action disrupted the Senate. I hope they continue to disrupt the Senate. Like you said they're liberals, they're progressive capitalists at the end of the day. We can't expect them to work to overthrow the capitalist structure, that our job. But if my options are to encourage the childish anti fascist liberal behavior that's doing some slight action, or never compromise and let the liberals grift further to the right because they realize that the real left will never be happy. I'm going to encourage them to be childishly antifascist. Id rather have begrudgingly support liberal antifascist than nothing at all personally.

For real: What would you rather they do to start to disrupt the Republicans? I mean this genuinely as you seem intelligent, because frankly outside of blocking procedure idk what you expect.
