He's moving the Overton window on Trump resistance from barely effectual to absolutely toothless.

It's not a metaphor, right now the most resistance the Dems have done was Trump's state of the union where they held up legit ping pong paddles....
I'm not American but if any government does anything like this it should be immediately disbanded by UN forces and replaced with adults. Any resistance should be met with unilateral nuclear destruction.
