This isn't something though, this is nauseating #Resistance theater from actual babykillers

It can be both theater and something. To use an extreme point, the Guillotines were theatrical.

He's thrown away one day of Senate procedure, and is not able to be stop until he sits or shuts up.

What would you have preferred the Dems have done to start? Expecting the Dems to be leftist is like expecting ducks to bark. We need to pat them on the head when they've done the bare minimum otherwise we won't even get that.

I'm sorry the world works that's way, I also wish it didn't but that's how it is.

Guillotines were invented as the most humane way to execute someone with the technology available at the time. Also during that time public executions aren't uncommon, the French revolution didn't introduce the theatrics they just used what was at the time the modern method of execution. The point of the guillotine wasn't the theatrics it was the killing of your class enemies. Executions in general were held in public already cause it was really fucking easy to get away with crime back then so making public examples was the best they could do in their minds and the same idea of making an example extended to the French revolution. It was the poor being guillotined for petty crimes before and they were using the instruments of the oppressor that was already in place.

Nothing about what you're saying is wrong, however if you don't think there was also a layer of theatrics in the public executions of the aristocrats where they chopped their damn heads off.... I have no clue what to say to you to convince you to otherwise lmfao

Theatrics btw are not bad. If you're being purely pragmatic then people will never give a fuck about you, the problem is "Pure Theatrics" you also need substance.

Which is why I used the guillotine as an example, it had substance and it has theatrics.

Do you thinking when Mussolini's body was publicly desecrated there wasn't any theatrics or point to it? Do you think Sherman's scorching the land to bring terror in the hearts of slave owners had no theatrics?

Do you think a dude pissing in a bucket so he can keep rambling nonsense is even remotely similar?

You're jumping all over the place bro.

Yes I do, it's a smaller scale. He's got people's attention, the people are saying "do this more often" maybe more days will be disrupted.

Better than no days disrupted
