This honestly show be integrated as part of all UIs. A button to send you to a help forum, preferably one that does not require the user to understand what federation is.

Do any of you (or other admins) have a Reddit account you would be willing to reveal here? I’ve come across many Redditors who are interested in Lemmy but give up after experiencing issues on signup. I think the ability to have instance admins reach out to users on Reddit directly could be a useful tool in reducing the friction of the Lemmy onboarding process.

Also, could we consider adding a direct link to !main@sh.itjust.works in our sidebar? (In addition to the links to the "Getting Started" guide and Lemmy Support)
