What if we, haha, (sorry this is too good so I keep laughing.) What if we compare Xi to a yellow bear?

And, get this, not just any yellow bear, we compare him Winnie the Pooh?

The CCP will never recover.

I am not racist him being yellow is just a coincidence, shut up.

Xi Jinping just called me to say that he’s resigning. Gave his 2 weeks’ notice and everything

[–] MultigrainCerealista@hexbear.net 22 points 2 years ago

The real reason he’s resigning in two weeks is because that’s when China’s economy is going to COLLAPSE

[–] RoomAndBored@hexbear.net 17 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I don't have anything to say but I love your profile photo.

"Shall I compare Xi to a yellow bear?"

Now all we have to do is make a south park episode about it and we have totally owned both the liberals and the chinese since that's how south park works.

[–] Adkml@hexbear.net 12 points 2 years ago

Gotta have a white dude doing a bad Chinese accent explaining why it's not a big deal for white people to be racist to Asians and actually it's the people who have a problem with the racism that are the real racists.

[–] Zuberi@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Is South Park notoriously US-centric?

[–] NormalC@hexbear.net 9 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Matt Stone and Trey Parker are both notorious liberal white men who achieved fame through their now over 20 seasons of the Comedy Central show South Park. A lot of the comedy is considered clever because they've marketed themselves as being "politically incorrect" for a while now.

However they've gone mask off on several occasions in a way only yt liberals can. Stuff like their whole "animating the prophet Mohammad" or that one transphobic episode that proved that Matt and Trey don't actually do any research into their episodes and are just culture vultures with a TV show budget.

Their "Band in China" episode is literally the neoliberal imagination animated on television. They suck big pip poop balls.

This was my ex's favorite show and I always just figured it was just because of their divisiveness against the right.

Thanks for the insight.

Hey fellow reddit-logo users I got an original take for you...

China...

BAD!

[–] Catradora_Stalinism@hexbear.net 9 points 2 years ago

Saying this before china takes it down

edit: thanks for the gold

[–] keepcarrot@hexbear.net 29 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Apparently the correct method is to walk around a city collecting signatures. Idk if they intend to send the petition to the Australian government or maybe the CPC itself, but these little old ladies are always doing it in town

[–] Mindfury@hexbear.net 22 points 2 years ago (1 children)

with a whole table of falun gong and shen yun posters lmao

[–] keepcarrot@hexbear.net 14 points 2 years ago (3 children)

Idk if they actually do those shows here. Maybe in Sydney or Melbourne. I've never talked to one.

I should say I'm an anti CCP communist and wish they had real communism and see what they say.

[–] ghost_of_faso2@lemmygrad.ml 14 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I had a falun cringe guy tried to pawn me off leaflets about how china has killed tens of millions of people (in the last 20 years) and I just politely refused and told him I wasnt looking to sign up to a cult today

[–] keepcarrot@hexbear.net 11 points 2 years ago (1 children)

If do do any street trolling, I'll report back. Not sure I have the energy to tbh, but if it does happen...

[–] ghost_of_faso2@lemmygrad.ml 7 points 2 years ago (1 children)

id reccomend getting some of there material for some toilet paper/light reading, its genuinally batshit insane

[–] CloutAtlas@hexbear.net 12 points 2 years ago

I would highly recommend the True Anon multi episode arc on FLG and Shen Yun, at the end they actually get a former employee of the Epoch Times to spill the beans on how batshit the operation is.

Episodes 283, 284, 286 and 288 (yeah they're non-consecutive episodes)

[–] RoomAndBored@hexbear.net 12 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

They have infrequent shows here, yes. Shen Yun is their international travelling act, and would be predominantly USA performers.

In suburbs with large Chinese populations too (e.g. Sunnybank QLD, Box Hill VIC, Hurstville NSW) the Falun Gong will have chapters that hold regular 'community' events. I saw one with a huge brass band playing in the central shopping strip last time I was out that way.

They also host music and dance competitions under different banners for the Chinese diaspora that roll into their recruiting efforts.

A friend of mine mentioned to me that a nice Chinese lady dropped by and asked if she could put up a poster to advertise a show in Sydney (this was ~300km west of Sydney), she said sure. I asked her to send me a photo of the poster. It was Shen Yun.

[–] Adkml@hexbear.net 24 points 2 years ago

Ask him what his credit score is

[–] PM_ME_YOUR_FOUCAULTS@hexbear.net 28 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Hold on, what if we said that Xi and Putin were totally GAY and loved to SUCK EACH OTHER'S DICKS

Excuse me, I have to go to the emergency room bc I broke my shoulder patting myself on the back so hard

[–] GarfieldYaoi@hexbear.net 11 points 2 years ago
