No but I am. There are girly things about me, but that doesn't make me any less of a man.
The memes in here are just good, and a lot apply regardless of gender. And I'm not so incapable om picturing what it is like to be someone else, that the rest are meaningless to me.

Lol just posted a meme up on my online club that is only MEN because we are toxic to everyone else. I love the club! We mostly make memes about how women suck because they don't understand our hobbies we collectively gatekeep anyone but men from enjoying.
One of our favorite things to rant about is our creepy desire to have sex with women not really into our 10 seconds of unbridled masculinity. Intimately Disappointing is our club motto!
Clearly god gave women the capacity to orgasm so they could prove their femininity by not orgasming... .... facepalm

So, genuinely there is a long history of women and non men being regarded of mere sexual objects for when men get horny as an outlet for their horniness but not for their own pleasure. Women and non men are not supposed be horny, or at least not show it.
However, ironically, in the past women were seen as the horny ones. It goes back and forth even in socities and nobody really has a damn clue what they're talking about nor do they account for individual differences between people.
Really though most people do get horny, the main point of contention is how they are allowed to resolve it and whether they can and how satisfying it is when doing so.
Not many people have all those points figured out because of most societies being either sexually repressive or there being very little research or thought behind sexuality, especially for non men but also men since it's all based on patriarchy, stereotypes and not really understanding much about the mind-body attraction and pleasure, consent and boundaries. Or at least some who do are not listened to.
Basically desire, horniness, consent and research and general understanding about these things is a mess no matter where you go and nobody has it all figured and probably won't for centuries.

That's part of the problem, yes.
But our point is that even those who don't think like that still don't have it all figured out because of cultural and media messaging, poor education, lack of experience, people not talking shit through and people not understanding themselves, and what they truly want and/or enjoy. Because either they don't have the language, they find it difficult to consider those options or it's embarrassing or they aren't with partners who want to do those things but are either stuck in monogamy or the things they want most people don't agree to.
Plus, the lack of research, as we think you're saying in part due to such a basic idea of sexuality and what it's for certainly isn't helping.
However, our point was that even in progressive/leftist circles we have a long way to go for many many reasons.
