With innocent people being illegally abducted and wrongfully deported to El Salvador, I am astounded that there is so much concern about the Nintendo Switch 2. Seriously people!! Where are the priorities? WTF?!
Like it or not (I do not), the most important determining factor in American elections is people's feelings about the economy. The horrors being done by our government are easy to turn a blind eye to. But the cost of living is something that can't be avoided or suppressed.
Economic ruin is how we beat these motherfuckers.
If the past few years have taught me ANYTHING, it's that at least half the "gamers" are cheering the deportations on, so uh, yeah, anyway...
My understanding is this has been the price of thousands of gaming communities enacting a “No politics” rule - people want to keep it external.
“This fucking piece of actual trash! He’s using the most broken character this game has ever put out, and trash talking over it like he’s ever fucked a woman. Literally eat a dick. Some non-zero percent of people think the trafficking is fake news. Harder to disbelieve a cost you pay yourself.
Others might think it's normal deportation of undesirables. Harder to ignore something that affects you and yours.

That's fine. Nintendo was already planning to impose the Nintendo tax. So I imposed the "I ain't buyin' this shit tax".
Wondering how this is going to play out. A Switch for $600+ is borderline insane.
Yeah I didn’t wanna pay that for a PS5. And the PS5 GPU alone is likely 5 times more power then what’s rumored to be in the switch 2… no way I’m paying that for a switch.

I don't even want to imagine what is going to be the price for it here in Brazil. After the ps4 launched for nearly $2000 I haven't even looked at any console retail prices here again.
Hopefully gamers get together and protest Trump out of office for artificially bumping up the costs of goods.

The price was going to be $499. A 145% tariff makes the price $1222.55. A 100% tariff would double the price and this is more than 100%.
Looks like pretty steep inflation fueled by tariffs. I wonder how the Denies Reality Party (DeRPs) will spin it.

Sony: We‘ll make it a little more expensive for everyone else so our US sales don't sink harder than a brick in a pond.
Companies really don't care about people feeling left out. Company's fear loss of sales. And that Trumps senseless antics by proxy of Sony make the PlayStation more expensive in my end of the world low key aggravates me, even if it's only 50 bucks.
America voted for this, we didn't.
