Combat liberalism sounds like regular liberalism, which has lots of war crimes and war profiteering and colonial conquest, but it's usually seen in a rah-rah sanitized way on screens or even glamorized, romanticized, and further propagandized during shows and movies targeting sanitized war crimes enjoyers.
It's where the adults in the room go and make the hard decisions so shit gets done. 
So just regular liberalism then.
