The only dry bean I know is safe to eat are peanuts.
Peanuts are beans?
They are legumes, yes.
But then they lose their crunch.
Well yeah, the idea is to cook them first, so I still don't understand the meme. I saw the pic and thought of soup mix. Yum! 30 minutes in a pressure cooker will do them nicely.
It happened to me recently where I ate like 15 red kidney beans before reading it was toxic (I really liked the taste) and my stomach definetly felt tight but no vomitting and just a slight nausea. Wouldnt do it again
