at the end, there's a tearful scene where her personal trainer does pushups in front of her casket
I think it's a one-woman show but the pushup guy needs to appear anyway. It's a must.

On that day - the first time I saw a post making fun of the guy doing pushups in front of her casket - I knew it couldn't be real. In my head I was thinking... That can't have happened. That's not possible. How could— Oh, I guess I'll google it. Could it have happened? Nah.
But then I saw a photo like this one.
It blew my mind. What a strange world we live in.
