This guy engagement baited his left so hard he got funding to run for office. I really feel like we need to do better about ignoring cynical actors like this.

Too late now for him, because his profile is raised now. But in the future maybe we should try to notice when we're getting baited for months-to-years and blowing up someone's numbers.

I've been feeling this way about (online) leftism for a while. It's fun to laugh at idiots with you all, but realistically, I shouldn't even know what a Steven crowder or a groyper is.

You say that but there are still 22 year olds out there telling people about Jordan Peterson. They don't need a handful of leftists online to raise their profiles, they have millions of Mercer dollars to do that.
