I tried the unflavored variant of this once and it tasted really bad. Is it supposed to be mixed? IIRC the alcohol content is something like 20% w/v so I thought it was meant to be consumed as is.
Add some ice and mix it with carbonated water for the flavored variant. Unflavored is just people convincing themselves that it's good through sheer force of will and/or guys refusing "fruity" drinks.
I have no qualms with putting fruit juice in drinks but pre-flavoured fruity drinks put too much sugar in them. I am calorie conscious when I obliterate my liver.

I just take a b vitamin pill. I think it's the nature made beans super v vitamin complex that I have but vitamins are vitamins.
Think about it, you've been drinking a lot, your bladder is going crazy, you've been pissin', what color is your pee? Mine is usually clear. That means i've pissed out all my vitamins n shit. Take one b vitamin and 30 minutes later that pee is a healthy neon green (it's fine you'll just keep pissing out the excess b vitamins until it normalizes).
All i know is I don't get head pain nearly as bad despite drinking enough that I should be hung over + don't get nausea anymore
Your piss should be clear and copious if you're well hydrated. Alcohol gives you a false positive on that as it both is clear and forces water out. It has nothing to do with a lack of vitamins. EG, the next day, if you're hungover, your piss will be dark.
Your piss should be colored if you're loaded with b vitamins

What's your problem, guy? What's the deal, dawg? Does the idea that b vitamin deficiency relates to hangover symptoms make you like mad or something? I don't care. I drink a lot, I've had innumerable mornings of sickness to the point I couldn't go to work. Yeah yeah stop drinking, i'm on it mom. But once I started taking a b vitamin every time I've noticeably drank too much all that shit stopped. Period. Never again. I won't feel great after I drink too much but it's essentially the same as not getting enough sleep. Eating food after drinking didn't help, drinking lots of water didn't help, b vitamins do. I don't even really worry about staying hydrated while drinking anymore because it literally has no effect.
Anyway if your piss is totally clear you're fucking over hydrating or deficient in something anyway. No it shouldn't be neon fucking green but lol.
