When Elmer Fudd lights a matchstick to illuminate his surroundings, and that turns out to be a bad decision because he happened to be in a TNT storage room, is the matchstick to blame? Are the big red-orange tubes of dynamite at fault? No, it's Bugs Bunny who created the material conditions for it to happen.
