Why does not eating sardines make someone anemic? Wouldn't that make them anorexic?
Likely because one of the largest causes of anemia is iron deficiency and ~~all~~ most of the foods that are listed are high in iron
No, not all of them. It also lists Spinach as being rich in iron, which is a common misconception.

Oh yeah? If spinach isn't made of at least 50% iron, how do you explain the effect it has on this man, smart guy?
How I feel after giving someone a compliment and they say "thanks" and I can tell it really did have an effect on them (I am making a positive difference in the world!).
Magnets
huh
Ah thanks for the information. I definitely had that misconception
Beets, on the other hand, are iron rich (but taste horrible in my opinion)
There's a Lebanese place near here with pickled beets and olives and other various pickles instead of a loaf of bread with your meal. I love them.
Pickling makes food better!
I might just like vinegar!
IMO, they're much better pickled. Also the greens are edible and have a much more conventional "slightly bitter green vegetable" taste.
WHAT
I was sold a bill of goods 🌱
Thank you. That's what I was not sure about.
