He doesn't joke, a lot of people only poop once a week. I have friends who work in healthcare and it's real. Eat your vegetables and drink lots of water, folks.

I poop like twice a week and it's not painful or anything. Just typically more at once vs a lot of small ones. But I also don't have that fucked up of a diet, and I drink a lot of water. If you're only going once a week then you're probably not eating something right.

They also have to come down from the trees to poop for some reason. This leaves then vulnerable to predators. Probably why they poop so sparsely.

My pet theory is that once sloths did poop from atop their trees but it made them too powerful which disbalanced the ecosystem.
