I believe this is a Google Adsense Ad. It has the Adsense buttons on the top right corner. Google ads are targeted to you based on your google account if you have one. I believe you can click the triangle and it gives you an option to see why you were recommended the ad. You can also click on the X to report the ad. You could probably report it for being shown on an inappropriate page. I think there's even an option to disable certain types of ads on your google account.

I was googling cars on main (trying to find a specific make and model for a joke) and my ads have been for car dealerships and car sales websites.

I don't drive, I don't have a license, the closest thing to driving a road vehicle has been a golf kart and a go kart (which was very intuitive, btw)

Folks, the ad companies aren't sending their best.
