Trump “is not the same person that I dealt with just four years ago, and he’s incapable now of even a train of thought. He’s making things up.”

Reminder: It was the Peaceful LA Protests of June 2025

No shit, we re-elected a guy in the throws of some kind of degenerative brain disease. Might as well wheel around his corpse at this point and call him King cheese, and use a string tied around his arm to have him sign things.

He is Biden’s age, a year or two makes little difference. Alzheimer’s runs in Trump’s family too.

Biden presented with the standard waxing and waning of dementia. He probably was aok some days. That’s how it works. Dementia onset is more like a picture that gets hit by the sun part of the day, when it’s sunny, not a total erasure. A gentle fading.

Alzheimer’s, however, presents with anger, erratic behavior, and paranoia on the trajectory of a downward spiral. Aggression is a hallmark.

I mean he doesn't even need to have Alzheimer's. He's pushing 80 and is completely intellectually incurious, he abhors reading and only watches Fox all day long. That alone could have rotted his brain at this point.

Yeah, but I wish this admin could be trusted to get him looked at, honestly, in person, by a professional.

But we can’t. We can only look on in horror as he presents like someone who could have Alzheimer’s.

[–] NocturnalMorning@lemmy.world 11 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Yeah, but im not going to diagnose Trump with alzheimers when im a.) not a doctor, nor anywhere near him to actually see what his symptoms are. If it quacks like a duck, imma have my suspicions. But, Im not gonna throw around a diagnosis im not qualified to give.

He's a puppet for his handlers. They prefer him to be incapable of coherent thought

[–] mriswith@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

Him, RFK, the other heads of departments and agencies they've instated, etc. are mostly just morons put there to take the blame.

And media(social and traditional) is eating it up, constantly mocking their stupid statements while ignoring the real scary stuff being pushed by the people behind them with the money.

It's just back to projection about "the swamp" and billionaires controlling politicians.

🌎👩🏼‍🚀🔫👩🏼‍🚀

Was it the Hannibal Lector comments that gave it away? It doesn't matter though, because no one will do anything.

No fucking shit. He is also pedo and everyone is okay with it apparently.

[–] slaneesh_is_right@lemmy.org 1 points 11 hours ago

Just americans.

To be fair, Newsom is sorta right, but Newsom's also kinda slimey, self-serving and angling for a presidential run. I don't want him to be the next Dem pres candidate...

Also, Trump has always been Trump. Stupid sounding hot air is his thing, way before politics.

[–] FenderStratocaster@lemmy.world 17 points 1 day ago (2 children)

I'd take a used condom for president over the current one.

[–] brucethemoose@lemmy.world -1 points 1 day ago (2 children)

A condom is not going to get elected.

That's funny, because a piece of shit was elected.

[–] Buffalobuffalo@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Its not just whats on the outside that matters, its whats inside.

[–] arrow74@lemm.ee 4 points 1 day ago (1 children)

And that's why a used condom has the best chance. No one would just vote for a condom, it's empty on the inside.

[–] kablammy@sh.itjust.works 3 points 1 day ago

Hey, this guy's got spunk! He's got my vote!

[–] Bonesince1997@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

And yet more people believe Trump than Newsom about the situation. Or at least they don't support the protests.

[–] HubertManne@piefed.social 1 points 1 day ago

chicago mayor said something like he (trump) is not well.
