I already posted but since I had to Google what a broccoli cut is, I felt the need to link something for old people like myself.

That said, these all look the same to me. It’s 35 pics of the same thing. It needs an extended Office Pam meme that spans pages. More fascinating, the article stated this hair involves actual perms. Perms. The 80s are back.

The Era of Aquanet.

This is definitely one of the more ridiculous and unattractive coifs out there, and it spans generations. Ben Affleck or Alister of Dragon Age anyone?

Catchy and simple is good, effective. Keep ‘em coming.

Psych has many areas of study. Psychobiology, psycholinguistics, behaviorism, cog sci, borderline philosophy, defunct hx lessons in Freud and company, etc.

Cognitive science and behavioral economics have a fairly large overlap on a Venn diagram. There are also dual discipline individuals engaged in both mathematics and psychology.

Practical application and experimentation depend on what flavor of psych you’re engaging with. Dennet or even Pinker are going to read and be applied differently than, say, Kahneman & Tversky.

Vs, say, someone like Elizabeth Loftus back in the repressed memory explosion of the 90s.

How each area can intersect with experimentation is going to vary.

All of that said, who wasn’t fascinated by the idea of Asimov’s Hari Sheldon? I devoured those books in my youth.

This is great. Chaotic Good level action. Anything with more punch than standing in a street for an afternoon.

No. They’ll wait for Shapiro or Beck or Fox to tell them why and then repeat that statement to death without fact checking it.

What I’d like to know is where to find this image and possibly one of Elon as well. Asking for a friend.

That’s like asking people to wash their recycling. Only 10% at most are going to sort and wash the trash.

One stop shopping with easy to find and easy free shipping and easy, free returns. That’s where we live now. So, Amazon or Walmart.

I’m curious. Why, when Mozilla exists?

[–] zephorah@lemm.ee 2 points 16 hours ago

Exactly. But rural/remote has heavy reliance on delivery.

Weird. I think the last time I had it on a personal computer was 2012.

Who doesn’t like Cuban? He symbolizes the American dream. He actually is from nothing, not born with a gold plated spoon up his ass.

He’s slowly breaking big pharma with cost plus which We The People are already saving money on. He supports young business.

What’s Elon doing for working people besides firing them and forcing them to return to the office? He’s from daddy money and apartheid.

This second political campaign between these two is both horrifying and enthralling.

Cubans many appearances are making great YouTube shorts, which where I started to notice this campaigning happening alongside fake “Harris” campaign text blitzes from Elon’s side of it.
