I watch Friends when I just want to laugh. When I want more serious stuff I watch HIMYM. God I love those shows.

[–] aturtlesdream@lemmy.world 1 points 22 minutes ago

Usually, it's Parks and Rec, The Office, Scrubs, and IASIP. But I have gotten sick of those after watching most of them a dozen plus times, so now it's Community, Zoeys Playlist, and Cougar Town until I get sick of them too

Futurama.

I put it on to fall asleep. I'm out before the episode ends. A downside is that I've seen the start of so many episodes, but rarely the end.

[–] Angry_Autist@lemmy.world 1 points 2 hours ago

That Mitchell and Webb Look

It is a tragedy I hadn't heard about them till long after they parted ways

[–] callyral@pawb.social 5 points 7 hours ago

Not really "again and again" but the only show I've watched twice is The Good Place. Maybe I should go for a third time, it was really good.

It's always sunny in Philadelphia, Seinfeld, Community, How I met your mother, Psych, Classic Trek (TNG,DS9,VOY,ENT), Firefly, Bones.

Mostly just as background noise when doing stuff. Doesn't absorb me like a podcast or audio book might since it's old information and doesn't amp me up like music does.

I’m dating myself:

  • Hogans Heroes
  • Mission: Impossible (the TV series from the 60’s & 70’s, not the movie franchise that’s just a Tom Cruise adrenaline fantasy)
[–] Angry_Autist@lemmy.world 1 points 2 hours ago

Hello fellow ancient one, your taste in series is magnificent

[–] Onomatopoeia@lemmy.cafe 4 points 8 hours ago

Lol, yep. Thanks for the reminders. I recently got all the Get Smart episodes from my library.
