They're about to learn why arming Azov, Right Sector, and other arms of Sbovoda was as much of a mistake as arming and training the Mujahideen, I hope I'm wrong or at least I hope they learn from it this time.

What's happening is quite simple: the master gave an order and the dog obeyed.
NATO once again has shown itself to be a complete non-entity. As so many people have been saying for so long, it is purely an extension of the US military, nothing more. It has no autonomy or ability to act independently in any way. The Europeans can complain all they want but at the end of the day they all fall in line, because they have no other choice. They surrendered their sovereignty long ago in exchange for being the junior imperialist partner.
Though I'm guessing Russia isn't worth it for the West and they will focus on China instead
