I moved a bench, 800lbs of weights, and some other assorted equipment ~400miles in a Honda Fit (Jazz). The shocks were >7 years old and it finished them.

That poor car

This is my culture

Seriously, pink weights in a crosstrek this lady is 100% from Portland

If it didn’t fuck up the car, that’s pretty neat

You know, I had always wondered

what's a third very heavy hobby she could be moving on the same day

uhhh... grand piano in the back?

At least don't put all your super dense heavy shit in one spot of your car and spread it out a bit further? Those shocks are already screaming, but right now the front passenger suspension is going to ride a solid 3 inches lower than the rest of the car and I don't want to see what that does when you're on the highway later.

personally, i'd use a uhaul for a move like that to not fuck up my car but more horsepower to them i guess

I'm confused. Shouldn't she need a 5 ton jacked up F-350 to carry all that?

I did this with 600 lbs of weights, a power rack, and an bench in the back of a Hyundai Tucson. Every little bump in the road gets super bouncy.

Looking at this makes by bones ache

[–] Wheaties@hexbear.net 13 points 2 years ago

oh, good, I was wondering what that looked like

Is this that lady that lied and said BadEmpanada told her to kill herself while posting the screenshots proving he didn't

[–] NewAcctWhoDis@hexbear.net 13 points 2 years ago (2 children)

I just did some brief googling and I'm so confused. Do she has a replica of the gun she used in Afghanistan, but also has a hammer and sickle in her twitter username and calls herself an antifa supersoldier?

[–] kleeon@hexbear.net 16 points 2 years ago

she's one of these "leftist veteran" grifters. You are right to be confused

A transtifa supersoldier according to her twitter bio. Wouldn't be the first vet to be driven left after witnessing imperialism first hand, but who knows?

I can't imagine that is very good for the car's suspension.
