I’m not that familiar with american civil law, but don’t you have to actually suffer damages to be able sue? Like on what basis is that lawsuit?
Suing often is done with no justification just to create another problem for people in hope that they stop doing something so they don't have to deal with the legal process or can't afford it
So is all the concern about trans athletes that they win by forfeit? Seems like a good way to make it to the pros if you're literally undefeated.
