Holding a T-square like a hammer

Is this communist propaganda in my hollywood slop?

Sadly from what I half-remember from the one review I watched a while ago, it seems to be a deeply liberal and idealist movie.

Didn't know architects were such fans of that Japanese jazz fusion band

You put it at the edge of a table, and use the ruler part as support to draw consistent parallel lines. It's for product drawing, but also architecture and interior design. Really annoying to use, I always preferred using my A3 size board instead, it was much more practical

Jon Voight

Shia LeBeouf

Yah I thought LeBeouf was in trouble and Mia Goth left him for good this time?

Pre-edit edit: no I was thinking of his ex who he got back together with when he and Goth were separated. He and Goth are back together. Hope she stays safe.

Cannot wait to watch this (probably pretty shitty) movie

[–] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 11 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Looking like Jon Bernthal had to do a double take.

I'll always know him as Shane from TWD

Books that the film was influenced by included Bullshit Jobs (2018), The Dawn of Everything (2021), and Debt: The First 5000 Years (2011) by David Graeber; The Chalice and the Blade (1987) by Riane Eisler; The Glass Bead Game (1943) by Hermann Hesse; The Origins of Political Order (2011) by Francis Fukuyama; The Swerve (2011) by Stephen Greenblatt; and The War Lovers (2010) by Evan Thomas.[56]

Gundam (but Roman)-ass character names. Seeing it where some audience member has some conversation with Driver during the movie which seems curiously weird

I have my doubts about this. Coppola much like his wine. Worsens with age.

I mean this man made twixt.

Apocalypse now is pretty good tho

Got me ... Got excited for a second, was hoping it was a sequel or reboot
