well yes that is the logic of capitalism: find the best human resources available regardless of race/class/gender/identity/etc so capitalism can run the most efficiently possible.
MAGA and anti-woke really is a movement against the logic of capitalist efficiency when you think about it. (for their own selfish desires of maintaining the fruits of white male cis hetero supremacy, of course, but still the effect it has is a monkey wrench in the gears of the increasing rate of profit which makes the social machine of capitalism come closer to grinding to a halt)
