[–] VILenin@hexbear.net 48 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Might as well tweet out "Sieg Heil". The message is the same.

[–] Zrc@hexbear.net 41 points 1 year ago

just like we drew it up

now draw up a clock you fucking demon

[–] FunkyStuff@hexbear.net 37 points 1 year ago (3 children)

Can someone explain what the intended message is? I heard the chuds thought Taylor Swift was gonna endorse him in the Super Bowl or publicly initiate mayocide. As far as I can tell, nothing happened though? So what's the tweet about?

[–] Elon_Musk@hexbear.net 30 points 1 year ago

It's a joke about rigging the superbowl

[–] RyanGosling@hexbear.net 30 points 1 year ago (2 children)

No, all of it was true. Being white is illegal now and the Swiftie Red Guards are going door to door to execute anyone who isn’t listening to Taylor Swift’s new album.

[–] FunkyStuff@hexbear.net 14 points 1 year ago

Hope they let me take a private jet to the FEMA camps.

[–] TrashGoblin@hexbear.net 2 points 1 year ago

Red (Taylor's version) Guards.

[–] bdonvr@hexbear.net 18 points 1 year ago

I think some nutjobs were saying it was rigged so that Kansas City would win for Taylor Swift related reasons or some shit, then they did

really do heed the CW on this one, folks... it's one of the most awful images I've seen since the beginning of the genocide

[–] Hestia@hexbear.net 19 points 1 year ago

I wish I could say the same. I've seen something worse on reddit without any CW.

[–] TimeTravel_0@hexbear.net 14 points 1 year ago

holy shit that's brutal. I hope it was at least a quick end :(

Imagine being an elected official and using twitter.

This is an very unserious nation.

An unserious nation with enough bombs to destroy the world at least 50 times

[–] TheOtherwise@hexbear.net 12 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Is this a real account? Why isnt it coming from @potus

[–] Shinhoshi@lemmygrad.ml 28 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

He has his personal account and the POTUS account that changes hands if he’s not re-elected

This is the personal account (because it actually was him joking about rigging the Super Bowl — posted at 22:40 EST right when the final score was determined)

Remember Trump had @realDonaldTrump still as president and the POTUS account

The banner doesn't help, either.

[–] Jenniferrr@hexbear.net 6 points 1 year ago

This is fake right? @joebiden?

[–] collapse_already@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 year ago (5 children)

I am so confused that this is getting more traction than Trump's advocacy in favor of the start of WW3 (he literally want Russia to bomb Nato). Seems like Biden making fun of conspiracy idiots is harmless in comparison.

[–] Egon@hexbear.net 35 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Remember when trump was in office and his supporters kept whinging about Hillary? A person who was not the president? Remember how we mocked them for it?

You're doing the same now for Biden. Trump is not the president, Biden is.

[–] collapse_already@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

He is a presumptive serious candidate for the office of the presidency. His advocacy for WW3 should be major disqualifying news, but people don't even seem upset about it. "Hah, hah, he still says stupid shit." Hillary was no longer relevant in any meaningful way. I think worrying about someone who may once again be president in 11 months is fundamentally different than worrying about a failed candidate whom everyone knew would never be important again.

[–] QuietCupcake@hexbear.net 4 points 1 year ago

I actually completely agree with you that the Hilary comparison is unfair and that Trump as a viable candidate (who really is probably going to win) is relevant and worth being concerned about. Discussing Trump and what he says now is completely different than whinging about Hilary was this far into Trump's presidency, you are right.

But if you want to talk about "advocacy for WWIII," then Biden has done far more to get us closer to that brink than Trump ever did. It's ridiculous to be worried about Trump saying something asinine in his usual predictable, petty way while Biden is right now trying to get another round of billions of dollars through to nazis and continuing to escalate an unwinnable war that he and his administration have been escalating all along. Also while he's directly backing an ongoing genocide and giving even more money, weapons, and general support to the direct perpetrators. Right now. If you're worried about a third World War, you should be just as, if not more worried about Biden than you are about Trump.

[–] 420blazeit69@hexbear.net 19 points 1 year ago

Trump isn't in office, says all sorts of dumb provocative shit that everyone increasingly recognizes as such, and even taken in the worst possible light was calling on some other country to do something against its own interests. In the literal meaning of the word his comment was harmless; zero people have been harmed by it.

Biden is in office now actively supporting a genocide and flirting with a broader regional war. He is harming people as we speak.

Russia should bomb NATO, then they should bomb your mom next

[–] robinn_IV@hexbear.net 9 points 1 year ago (1 children)

he literally want Russia to bomb Nato

Don’t talk about me when I’m not here 😖

[–] collapse_already@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 year ago

But it summoned you?

Trump's advocacy in favor of the start of WW3 (he literally want Russia to bomb Nato)

No he doesn't you fucking dipshit, he said that if NATO countries don't up their spending to the levels of the US, he wouldn't intervene in their defense

It's the same dumb shit he's been staying since 2016. Fucking Christ, I thought Lemmy was supposed to be where the smarter Redditors went and yet you idiots still can't read past a sensationalized headline
