In Australia at least, I feel like that warranty voiding would be an easy win in court.

If musk made one of these in his garage it would have been a pretty normal self build. I can't believe this actually made it to production

Except it'll take 2 years for the court to get to your case, by which time Tesla might be bankrupt.
