Lurking that subcommunity I’m actually nauseated by how willfully ignorant they are. I see that somebody laser‐focussed on my trivia that I’ve never seen any—any—head of state in the company of footsoldiers as often as Zelenskyy, which makes perfect sense to them because Ukraine is at war with its neighbour, and then there’s somebody bragging about being banned after regurgitating some generic neoliberal reply. Most disturbingly, I found somebody proposing the harassment of peace activists.
Then I reflected on the knowledge that I’ve been regularly contributing, contrasted it with their dull subcommunity, and realized… wow, these anticommunists are losers.
