Do you perhaps think that because that's exactly what they did in 2016 and it worked so well?
I think Biden's people actually managed to learn something from Hillary's idiocy, so Republican/Putin operatives are doing it for them. Honestly it's probably a wasted effort since Hillary and Pelosi are guaranteed to do it for them, and probably in the most tone deaf way possible.
