Meh. Looked it up, it's fine I guess. I like folk and bluegrass. Folkpunk is that, but manic and somehow gayer.
I'll allow folk punk to exist if it calls itself something different and the practioners stay away from the punk scene.
Nah. Not so long as Greenday call themselves "punk" will I allow Taxpayers and Dayz n Daze to get thrown under the bus.
I actually do like Green Day up to and invading Insomniac. And pop punk is well known entry level or poser shit and has a totally separate scene from diy punk, folk punk wants to be considered crust punk.
