I mean, to be fair yeah this is going to get you a fucking weird response no matter what but I would still try if I was certain that I had in fact repeatedly heard voices underground underneath where I live when there's not supposed to be anything there.

That shit would scare the shit out of me. Imagine hearing some voices in your place and the origin of them is difficult to work out.

I had mice in the floorboards once and sometimes you couldn't tell if the sound was inside the room or not, I thought I was going insane. Like genuinely I questioned my mental health and sanity more than once.
