That is a challenging one but, I'm going to go with either honey with sour cream frosting - all ingredients obtainable locally without involvement of tropical slave labor, plus, the honey is siezed from the monarch of the hive, or plain with strawberries and cream swirled frosting topped with fresh strawberries, rainbow sprinkles, and a sparkler - the plain cupcake base, representing the proletariat, the frosting representing the struggle between the bourgeois whites and revolutionary reds, the fresh, red strawberries representing the young communist state, and the sprinkles and sparkler not representing anything, just there to look pretty.
