Libertarianism creates an anti-reality barrier in the Anglo brainpan, preventing coherent thought. Taxatiom is theft, exploitation and greed are good, me and my rifle will defeat the "tyrants" (the entire US military), I'll survive the bad times on a bucket of beans in a cabin.
