Nice one. My wife once got an automated email consisting of the two firs letters from her first and last name: anal@company.com.

She demanded a new address, and they obliged (which any company should)

You reminded me of some vandalism issues with map services (OpenStreetMap, Google Maps), including a case where someone who tried to sanitise swear words and rename a bunch of traditional places like ''Cock Lane".
