I wish I knew but I have to believe it is possible. We can't just lock them all up or put them in a pit. As much as it might feel just to do so
The Soviets were pretty successful at denazifying Eastern Germany. It was an ugly process that took A long time and history proves it was incomplete, but we do have precedent for de-radicalizing a population.
How you do that, considering the material conditions that currently exist? I have no idea. How you convince the gulf monarchies to sign on to that process, when they're currently happy to use Israel to further their own domestic agendas? How do you do this without it turning into yet another genocide? How do you convince the average western cracker to turn against Zionism without it turning into straight-up anti-Semitism? How do you get the millions of Christian zionists to give up their apocalyptic agenda? How do you get a rabidly islamophobic West to treat brown people like human beings?
I don't know how you fix this problem. All I know is that it's going to get worse, before there is any chance of it ever getting better.

You may notice there is also no Soviet union now. Hard to stop em when you don't exist.
No amount of denazification of a region can be magically permanent, especially when said region is ruled by nazism from elsewhere.
Ok? I'm not blaming the ussr or the ddr for this at all. But they didn't succeed even at the time. The Nazis succeeded in just surviving long enough underground until they were free to surface again and the east was and remains their biggest stronghold.
The answer to all those questions is work to destroy American hegemony
