I wanna believe it is because it's funny, I think the only real similarity is the consistently weird posting style and the occasional music posts with "extremely online" music taste.

DayOfDoom was leagues funnier than Melina. More problematic, perhaps less self-aware, and more hilarious.

Almost in the same ballpark as BMF.

actually yeah, once against my better judgment i did a deep dive on old hexbear dramas because i'm mentally ill and dod was genuinely very funny. can't say the same for melina.

going to scoop out the part of my brain containing the deep lore on recurring hexbear trolls now and touch-grass
