I mean Russia has good reason to be fed up with organisations like these. The IAEA was present when Ukranian forces shelled the ZNP, and barely said anything.

The OSZE outright told the UA where russian positions where.

Rule of thumb: If a international, supposedly neutral, organisation is located in the west, it is pro-western.
