He’s a narcissist. Not in the vibes sense that most people use it, but in the clinical sense. They’ll turn on their flying monkeys at the drop of a hat. It doesn’t mean the US has split from Israel, but this isn’t the fake Brandon anger.

Brandon was covering himself in Crisco listening to “Subhuman” by Throbbing Gristle on repeat, pretending to be pissed off. Trump is fuming. He’ll get over it.

idk. i generally disagree. trump is fuming in public because he has to convince his base he's the same "no new wars" president they voted for. meanwhile he both filled his admin up with iran war hawks and is regularly getting briefed / signing off on everything Israel is doing

Obviously, I don’t know, either, but I do know that when a narcissist wants something to go a certain way and it doesn’t, they lose it. They’ll still do pretty much everything Israel wants, but I don’t think Trump is pretending to be upset.

yah... that's the popular and most common take on it i've seen. from jeffrey sachs to sam seder to american prospect all the way to hasanabi. time will tell if israel starts bombing Iran again to see it was authentic or not.

i hope it's authentic because it means israel will fuck off i just don't think it is given mossad, CIA, and netanyahu.
