Here's how I do it:

Grow mustache
Only shave with an electric shaver thats kind of old so you have permanent 5 o'clock shadow

That's it in two easy steps

It took me a few years, including having a mustache when my mustache wasn't ready for a while. Be patient. Trust Stalin.
