I'm not USAmerican. We in Kerala had a case where home birth went wrong and the mother died. The husband didn't call the emergency services for hours while the wife was bleeding out.

Musk is on the other side of the pendulum here. I hope the people who follow him would likely spread awareness of the risk home birth or atleast the need for ready medical assistance.
