Buy your printers used on fb marketplace, goodwill, etc. Keep your entire publishing station air gapped/ offline and set to a different time zone. Fuck the police.

Won't protect you from this. The purpose of this is to physically link the printer they find when raiding your property with the printed material.

Making collage from cutout pieces of magazines and newspapers is the only way. Perhaps there are Chinese or Russian brands that wouldn't cooperate with american authorities though?
