Non-voters decided it wasn't worth it to them to vote against fascism.

That makes fascism very much their fault too.

the democratic party decided they wanted trump to win the primary in 2016, when do they get blamed?

[–] WuceBrillis@lemm.ee 6 points 1 day ago (2 children)

I blame them all the time too. The chair of the DNC had to step down because of their corruption in Bernies primary, but the courts ruled it wasn't technically against any laws, so Hillary Clinton straight up hired her to run her campaign after that.

Its grotesque. But it doesn't change the fact that anyone who didn't vote for Harris in 2024 voted for fascism.

I'm pretty sure people who voted for Harris voted for fascism too

Nah, they voted for same old, same old. Which is blatant capitalism that drains the country slowly, and keeps POC down.

Its not the same as draining the country quickly and deporting POC to countries that uses prisoners as slaves.

anyone who didn't vote, didn't vote for fascism either.

[–] WuceBrillis@lemm.ee 4 points 1 day ago (1 children)

They did though. There was a choice between status quo and fascism, and choosing not to choose between the two, is handing victory to fascists. Your country needed you, and you gave it to fascists.

Its pathetic.

the people responsible for electing trump are the people who voted for him. anyone who didn't... didn't.

[–] WuceBrillis@lemm.ee 4 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Anyone who didn't vote against Trump elected him.
