Funniest outcome: the Supreme Court rules that he's good to run for a third term, so the Democrats decide to run Obama (probably their best chance short of actually trying to help people) but the Supreme Court says "no you've served two terms already".

SC says that its okay to run for a third term but adds a statute of limitations that says in inappropriate to wait too long between terms to run.

Brazil is kinda like that. Can serve any number of terms, but only two consecutives. Kinda meh, but we would be stuck with Bolsonaro if Lula couldn't run again.
