I don't get the problem? This is fundamentally a wonderful and heartfelt fanfic about getting poor misguided fascists into reeducation camps where they get the psychotherapy treatment they need until they can be reintegrated into society.
It might be slightly wishful but the political theory behind this is solid ^/s^
