Are you serious or is this a bit? Plenty of people in the PRC can enjoy things, it’s just party members who are held to a higher standard

Sure but that’s why you’re not a public official of the communist party. Ur free to do as you please and “enjoy yourself” as an individual, but there are responsibilities associated with being a party member in China
