It became quite clear when they blamed the highway of death on the Russians lol
Or the "no Russian" mission in modern warfare when Russians have never done a false flag attack like this (or ever to my knowledge) but the USA considered hijacking a commercial airline plane and crashing it and blame it on Cuba to justify invading.
