Gets baptised because of lust. Damn
Fantastic and innovative sin combo, I'm into it. Actually is there a sin involved in getting baptised falsely? Is that sinful? Whether it is or isn't, my palette is in ecstasy at such a flavourful combination.
In Catholicism it would be a sacrilege. Taking any of the sacraments with poor intention or not being fully committed is. Although Catholics are rarely baptized as adolescents so one doesn't hear "sacrilege baptism" as much as sacrilege confession (leaving stuff out or whatever) or sacrilege Communion (taking Communion with a mortal sin on your soul.) I don't know the protestant rules. Probably doesn't matter since they have a direct and personal relationship with Jesus so they can just forgive themselves.
Fuck, Sacrilege Baptism is such a cool term. Absolutely gonna have to legally change my name to that.

Not as often as it should for sure.
With what baptism represents and is, I dont think you can do one falsely...? Like, it's washing away your sins so even if your intentions were a sin, after the baptism you're clean. 🤷♂️
It just feels a bit dishonest though, like... A bit sneaky? A little bit "disrespectful" or maybe blasphemous? To be clear, I'm not saying I think the op is a bad person it's really not that deep I don't believe in this stuff - but in the world of Christianity, it seems like it would be like... Naughty to go get baptised just for lustful reasons? 😂
I've never been so infatuated with someone that I would even lie about believing in that shit.
That's sad. I hope you find someone you feel that way about some day. Unless you don't want that which is also cool. Wars have been fought over love.
