I feel ashamed to say that all these years I've heard it as "baa ram you."

I can't believe this show is still on. I watched the first three seasons and, while I found it slightly more compelling than the other costume dramas I've watched, can't believe the story had enough legs to go long. It must have gotten real soapey.

That was my assumption as well.

Great pictures and good write up. What a great trip

Lol, I see how it reads like wes Anderson I've never thought of it that way. I was definitely less clever and not as perfectly dressed. At the time it felt more like something from Richard Linklater.

I was riding a bus once, which was rare at the time as I usually took the street car, and i had taken some acid earlier and was coming back from a 4ish mile walk from the river to a flag store and at the bus stop this guy starts talking and showing me the slingshot he has. He's telling me all about the different kinds of slingshot and some weird stuff too but the whole time be is shooting dried beans across the street. He's like a sniper. He's calling out letters on signs across the street and just nailing them without breaking conversational stride. The bus came and I got on and he didn't. He wasn't even waiting for a bus, he was just excited about the slingshot I guess.

After I got on the bus I sat in a double seat by myself and my friends took similar positions. A lady got on at the next stop and sat next to me. She was a French expat who, at the advice of her psychiatrist, was riding the bus and practicing having conversations with people. She told me all that immediately upon sitting down. Then we had a pretty normal conversation for what felt like forever but could only have been 15 minutes.

Yeah, my experience jibes with that too. I wear sunscreen everyday and I feel like I'm pretty conscientious but I end up getting red by the end of the day often. The problem with it, i find, is that it's time consuming to do one's exposed skin properly or it involves another person. I'm either working or recreating outside so I know I miss applications due to impatience and inattention. I switched to pants, hats, and long sleeves for outdoor living the past decade or so and it's a huge improvement. Just sweatier.

Reapply q2 hours and every time you use a towel. I don't think most sunscreen is advertising all day Protection.

I was there early this season when all the creeks were full and the waterfalls were huge and loud. Every few weeks it's like a new park until winter settles in

Very cool. I haven't been to Waterton but I spend a lot of time in glacier. Looking forward to seeing more.

I've installed debian on an old laptop and am wondering if the 10 gig base system size can be slimmed down by deleting unneeded files.

I ran the commands to look for any runaway logs or other obviously large files and nothing popped out.

Is there a group of folders full of stuff I don't need or is this just the size of modern distros?

EDIT: I ended up doing a netinstall and got a 6ish gig system so I'm pretty happy with that. The netinstall image was able to detect my wifi card even though the debian live installer was not.

Putting out albums and arrangements since the late 1600s. Truly a beast.

Are there any good websites that host xmltv info that I can just point my addon to? For context I'm using simple iptv with kodi to stream from my tuner card, through nextpvr, to other tvs in my house via the m3u nextpvr generates. I can see utils to create one but was going for just a web address and have been unable to find one. Do I just misunderstand how this should work?

archive sad to see this happening here. Roving gangs of youth harassing the homeless with support from the local government should worry everyone.

Well it was a fun few days but beeper mini is down. Someone supposedly affiliated with the project said on reddit it was on Beeper's end but people testing it say Apple has blocked something.

Sort of hit piece against DeSantis by members of his own party who support Trump.
