Well its not stealing if its at the curb, so corey and trevor are gonna take the lawn furniture and bring it to the curb then it isn't illegal if i take it cause it was garbage, it was at the curb.

Nobody claims that taking garbage is ALWAYS stealing. I object against the claim that taking garbage is NEVER stealing.

Do you feel the nuance?

I was just referencing ricky from trailer park boys. The method in my previous comment is 100% theft, Ricky just does some intense mental gymnastics to make it not theft.

One man's trash is another man's booty

Mmmmm, trashy booty ...

My red neck uncle and Trash Pandas would disagree with your statement.

stealing implies it belongs to someone

garbage has no owner once it’s thrown out

It is legal in the US. Private servers on "dead" MMO games continue to run. You can't sue for damages in court when no $$$ damage is occurring.

Hm, it actually is, this is legit.
(And it's not to paywall it into a British museum, it's given to the public. And not even stolen from some rightful owners.)

MuseumBay.

Lol never heard a museum referred to as a artifact pay wall but it seems to fit.

Everything is legal if nobody bothers with enforcement
