Jokes aside, this shit happens way too often in North America. If drivers aren't crashing into buildings, they are crashing into bus stop shelters.

For sure, and that still happens, but there are considerably more "cars" crashing into buildings than commercial vehicles. And nearly anyone, qualified or not, can drive a car without many barriers to entry.
Usually dominos just fall not explode.
