12 years since it was released, zero remotely executable code vulnerabilities. By some measures, the most secure operating system of the 21st century.

Your move, FreeBSD.

Lyon have I waited

I hope this continues and gives other governments a blue print

The whole country next! Vive France! Vive Linux!

The dominoes are falling. Windows is nothing but a legacy burden at this point. Soon we will be rid of this worthless operating system.

Trump is the only person who could've forced the EU to pull this off. I'm so glad the USAians voted for him. It's one of the few things they got right.

This (the larger trend anyway) has actually been long time coming, when Windows started spying on you.

Not sure that's related to trump in any way

I'm not a Linux user (yet) but this is going in the right direction. There will probably be some struggles and fails but on the long way I trust this I'd fully worth it.

Why is OnlyOffice getting traction all of a sudden?

Is there something it does well that LibreOffice doesn't?

I'm always a bit dubious about new software, especially something as massive as an entire office suite.

Not an expert but I've read comments that it handles complex MS Office-created documents better than Libre Office, as internally LO converts everything into ODF, even if it will be saved in original MS file format. IIRC Only Office, SoftMaker, and WPS leave the file in MS format, leading to less unwanted changes.
